30-minute onboarding call to cover your history and goals, plus a walkthrough of your first block so you understand exactly what you're holding.

Direct referral to Hone Into Wellness for hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and HRT if clinically appropriate. In-clinic (Sarasota, FL) or telehealth nationwide.

Fill out the form. I review every application personally within 48 hours. If you're a fit, I send you a Calendly link to book your intro call.

30-Minute Intro Call
We cover your training history, upcoming events, current fitness, and whether you've had recent bloodwork. I use this to confirm the spot and set expectations before we start.

Order Your Bloodwork
Within your first week I send you the Hone Into Wellness link and walk you through what to order. At-home kit or in-clinic. Results come back in 5–7 days.

Program Delivery
Once bloodwork is back I build your first 4-week block. You get a full program with every session, set, rep, tempo, and RPE target — plus a walkthrough so nothing is unclear.

Weekly Check-Ins
Every week, same short form. How you felt, what you missed, any soreness or life factors. I adjust the next week around your reality, not an assumption of it.
