Fill out the short form. I read every application personally within 48 hours. If you are a fit, I send a Calendly link to book the intro call.

30-Minute Intro Call
We cover your training history, what you have tried, and where you are stuck. I use this to confirm the right tier and set clear expectations before anything is paid.

Order Your Bloodwork
I walk you through the Hone Into Wellness panel. At-home kit or in-clinic. Results come back in 5 to 7 days and tell us everything we need to build your program.

Program Delivery
Once bloodwork is back I build your first 4-week block. Every session, set, rep, tempo, and target accounted for. You get a full walkthrough so nothing is unclear going in.

Weekly Check-Ins
Every week, same short form. How you felt, what you missed, anything off. I adjust the next week around your actual life, not an assumption of it.
